{"id":186,"date":"2009-02-03T12:14:12","date_gmt":"2009-02-03T10:14:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.molif.com\/en\/?p=186"},"modified":"2009-02-03T12:17:21","modified_gmt":"2009-02-03T10:17:21","slug":"tarsier","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.molif.com\/en\/2009\/02\/03\/tarsier\/","title":{"rendered":"Trying to draw tarsier&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A friend of mine asked me lately if I can draw one of those little creatures &#8211; <a href=\"http:\/\/images.google.com\/images?hl=en&#038;q=tarsier&#038;um=1&#038;ie=UTF-8&#038;sa=N&#038;tab=wi\">tarsiers<\/a>.<br \/>\nI promised to try and I start looking for a model in Google Images.<br \/>\nThat&#8217;s how I found <a href=\"http:\/\/darlenesanguenza.wordpress.com\/\">Darlene Sanguenza&#8217;s blog<\/a> &#8211; she&#8217;s a designer and illustrator from Philippines (where some of these little creatures live). :-)<br \/>\nThere are plenty of wonderful and inspirational things on the site of Darlene.<br \/>\nYou can see <a href=\"http:\/\/darlenesanguenza.wordpress.com\/2008\/07\/08\/the-philippine-tarsier\/\">her illustration, used by me as a reference<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>And here is what came out from me:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.molif.com\/wp-uploads\/2009\/02\/tarsier-color5.jpg\" title=\"Tarsier\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.molif.com\/wp-uploads\/2009\/02\/tarsier-color5.jpg\" alt=\"tarsier\" class\"centered\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Sure, it needs a lot more attention, but I like it enough for a first try. :-)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A friend of mine asked me lately if I can draw one of those little creatures &#8211; tarsiers.
