Bored of cliches during the making of the Valentine’s stickers, I finally came up with this illustration:
(Roughly translated, it says in Russian: “I love you as vodka loves sour cucumbers”.)

I just made recently some small vector illustrations for an IPhone application called Pimpy.
Each one of these stickers is a transparent PNG and now you can download them for free.

55. Electrophobia — Fear of electricity.

I really wanted to make a desktop calendar with the Friday Bunny.
May I present it to your attention now, with this note: according to the Chinese calendar, 2011 is the year of the White Rabbit.
It starts today, on the 3rd of February, and will finish on 22nd of January 2012.
That’s why the Friday Bunny Calendar is quite different than other calendars: it starts with February and will finish next January. :-)

52. Chrometophobia — Fear of money. Also: Chrematophobia.
Poor bunny – he never manages to eat all of it, but still insists to be paid like this.
51. Alliumphobia — Fear of garlic.
Finally, something that relates directly to me. Well, I don’t have exactly a phobia or a fear, let’s say I respect garlic, but from a safe distance. ;-)
Many people asked me why am I doing this. Friday Bunny, they mean. And what is it about, actually. I thought it’s pretty easy to understand, but it’s the end of the year and thus I will try to summarize it.
All of us have fears. Some of them have such strong fears, they call it phobias, and they can be a very strong obstacle in someone’s life.
Friday Bunny is trying to help us laugh at our fears and help us to overcome them.
If you can mock and joke about something, it is less scary. That’s probably why some of us like horror movies or books…
I guess this series will go on, because I like to draw it. There is also an archive where you can see the previous episodes.
